Maintenance Tech – Electrical – (MTE)

  • Requires broad knowledge of electrical, electronics, instrumentation and automated equipment
  • Must be familiar with maintenance procedures
  • Must have the ability to install, repair, construct, adjust and modify all types of industrial AC and DC machines and motor control systems
  • Candidates must be able to work rotating shifts including weekends and holidays

MTE’s work on the electrical/electronic side of the maintenance program. The MTE position combines the following single skills areas into one dynamic career: high-voltage electrician, electronic technician, calibration technician, instrumentation technician and the programmable logic controller (computer) technician.

Maintenance Tech – Mechanical – (MTM)

  • Requires knowledge of hydraulics, pneumatics, power transmission, pumps and piping
  • Must possess basic welding skills
  • Must be available to work shifts including weekends and holidays

MTM’s will inspect, dismantle and repair all mechanical, hydraulic and control systems to ensure proper operation.




Automation Engineer Level II

Management/Engineering

Level II Automation Engineers

Experienced Engineers with 3 to 5 years work in the following:

  • HP/Compaq/Digital Equipment (DEC) Open VMS platforms
  • FORTRAN and/or C programming
  • Industrial experience with major logic controller and/or distributed micro-controller hardware is preferred.

Preferred experience in:

  • Intellution, Wonderware, Cimplicity gui control systems
  • Supervising development teams



Maintenance/Reliability Engineer

USS-POSCO Industries is currently seeking a maintenance/reliability engineer with an electrical background to join our applied reliability team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate should have a blend of technical capability and hands-on experience with predictive technology such as vibration analysis, thermography, motor current analysis and associated tools and methods.

The position performs the following:

  • Provides technical advice, problem solving and support operations units
  • Develops engineering solution to repetitive equipment failures through root cause analysis
  • Defines equipment performance requirements and repair specifications
  • Develops and leads teams to complete projects throughout facility
  • Develops formal documentation
